Tuna pasta bake yesterday. I should really change to rice tonight, sweet and sour chicken would be the least amount of effort assuming the chicken defrosts in time.

Kookoo, which is an Iranian version of a frittata.  The difference is that you add bicarbonate of soda to the eggs so it puffs up into a more fluffy pie type thing.

This one is new potatoes, spring onions and parsley and is already made, so it will be room temperature by the time we eat.  Couscous salad to go with it  :)
