Tail end of haddock baked with a few chips and peas, pineapple and melon 3 strawberries i picked this morning

Was supposed to be home cooked ham with jacket potatoes & salad but I forgot to defrost the ham & cook yesterday so it’ll be roasted ham with mash,parsley sauce, fresh picked broad beans & asparagus, which I’m very much looking forward to

DDon't know.  Thought I was invited to daughters for a bbq but haven't heard confirmtion.  Lots to eat here though.

Chicken strips in butter curry sauce with Pilau rice and a few salad bits.

I got a crispy duck and pancakes meal on my way out of work yesterday and added shredded spring onions and cucumber to it.
There is some duck left and home alone again tonight for tea, so it is going in a stir fry 

Just need to decide on noodles or rice now

2 meaty chicken drum sticks roasted with pots, carrots broccoli and peas, for pud a brought Apple pie with custard, 'OH said it's nothing like yours'

Curry and rice

Chicken, green lentils and spinach, nicely slow cooked with tomatoes and spices.  Just the job on a grey and drizzly day
