Chicken and butterbean casserole.  (Using bits from the freezer again).  One pot meal, will put some potatoes in nearer to completion time so they don't go mushy. Carrots and   parsnips in the casserole.

A pukka pie with chicken balti filling, fresh carrots and frozen peas.
I am not sure how to cook as it says In a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190 for 25-30 mins.  I don't use my fan oven because it is huge.  I'll make it up as I go along !

I'd say 200c for 30 mins - I think the filling in those are already cooked so it's just the pastry you're cooking.

I have some sausage meat to use as I can't remember what I bought it for. I've turned it into meatballs and they're simmering away in a tommy sauce. Pasta shape TBD, not that it really matters.

A couple of meatballs from the freezer, with m/w spicy Mexican rice with some mixed veg stirred through. That should warm me up

Eggs not available in our Co-op, so no toad in the hole as requested.  So just bangers and mash with onion gravy.  Found a carrot at the bottom of the  veg bin so that can go with it.

Hoping the stir fry pork I fetch out this morning defrosts so I can do something spicy with it. Failing that I have the second loaf of the day in the bread machine for beans on toast after I forgot to put the yeast in loaf 1.

OOOPS! I thought it was only me that did silly things like that  ::)
I've also got pork, a loin steak, out of the freezer, thinking of cooking it with Cajun spice - got mixed veg, also ftf to go with it.

Chilli con carne with a jacket potato as we discovered we didn't have enough rice for both of us.  The shopping  list fairy has failed again in her duties! :D

Steak & kidney to be slow cooked when I get my act together, with a puff pastry top ftf for himself, plenty of mash, might do carrot & swede too, might see if one of the cauliflowers in the tunnel will defrost to go with it

I bought a joint of beef to slice, portion and freeze which is currently occupying the slow cooker as I very rarely buy real beef any more.

I'm torn between a full roast beef dinner (although no eggs for yellow frizbees), the chickpea and lentil curry I've made which is sitting bubbling away nicely or doing something spicy with the pork which didn't defrost in time for dinner yesterday.

The curry just requires rice and would be the obvious CBA choice but I should use the pork and the sorry looking bean sprouts that snasbods delivered this morning.

It must be pie time
I put a pack of stewing beef in the slow-cooker, this morning, and then made it into a pie, served with cabbage and carrots.
