There's a small amount of chilli left, not enough to put with rice and there are no large spuds for a jacket, I might have to pour it over wedges with a liberal coating of cheese - Shame.

I defroze some lamb soup, added a couple of leeks from the garden, and a pepper and a spud, and zapped the lot...

It was't half bad, but we're starving now, so the cheese has been attacked with some vigour...

It's looking like it's going to have to be pasta. Not exactly the weather for it but thems the breaks.  Must remember to defrost something overnight otherwise it will be pasta tomorrow too.

I forgot it was Friday. Chicken back in the fridge as it's oven chip night, I think there's another one of those ginster things and probably some beans.

Chicken - Was planning on a full chicken dinner but I'm developing curry munchies so now I'm not sure.

Bolognaise (it’s in the slow cooker as we speak, with fresh tagliatelle (from the shop ) gnocchi & garlic bread for himself .
I’ve been making mince pies all afternoon & a tin of tiffin, but they’re not on the menu as they’re for garden club tomorrow

Pork fillet sliced into medallions with mushrooms, sherry and creme fraiche sauce.  Sauted potatoes on the side.  All cooked under the grill so should save energy.

Cathedral City quiche (work freebie), oven chips and salad.  The quiche was OK, but not worth the money they are asking for it.  Our cheapo own brand is better
