saving foxglove seeds

I would like plant my grass under the fruit tree with foxgloves but they seem to ripen one pod at a time if i cut off the whole spike will they ripen in the spare room on newspaper?

Provided they've all started to brown to some point, you should be able to save the seeds. Mind, they are so tiny that you'll need to have raised edges to the papers so the seeds don't roll off.

They are like a fine dust may be a lrg plastic sandwich tray would be good.

There are a lot of seeds in one pod. I doubt if you have the room for millions of fox gloves!
