Paint for a planter
« on: August 04, 2019, 17:04 »
Got just what I wanted at the garden club show.   A planter which has been painted in green wood preserver
(bits of decking been used up ).   It is just what I have been looking for and £10, bargain.
I want to paint it black, what outdoor matt paint should I use ?    Thanks   Mrs Bouquet  (cheapest please !)

I'd get a sample tin of black outdoor rendering paint but give it a good rough sand down first to give the paint a grip.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Sadolin Extra in ebony should fit the bill.
