Just a suggestion I'm not to up on Rotavators , but if the belts are like car fan belts can't you just take it off and take it to your local car spares and get them to measure it up? I had Rotavator years ago that had a belt drive and it looked like one off a car.

ive had a good look, and spoke to some friends in the trade also.
i cant help im afraid, we can`t source an original belt for you.
try asrichyrich suggested and see if your local motor facrors can help with the belt size.
its only gonna work if you have the old belt tho :( ugh.

thats right munty, i have heard that it is a merry tiller clone, but no one can say for certain thats the case, or which one. as there are several models, i thought it would be safer not to hazzard a guess.
the trouble with all these tillers we are using is that they all came out of the ark, and parts manufactures dont keep making spares for them for ever ( or for as long as we would like! )
im told that the templar aint been made for about 15 to 20 years, i can believe that, cos ive never seen one. if i had it here i could try loads of different belts untill i found one that would work.
isnt it a damn shame that things have to get old? ( i include myself in that statement)

remember to check the cross section shape of the belt so it fits in the pully wheel aswell as 1000s of sizes there are also loads of different shapes.

have you not got a belt with it ,, if not remove the pulley only or  get some blue tack and roll it into  a sasage shape n press it in the pulley belt space , match it at the shop
