Hi I am going to worm my 3 hens today as Im pretty sure they have round worm.

Tazzy suggested on here about putting some flubenvet on grapes which I think is brilliant
 and much easier than putting it there food,this way they all get a dose.Has anyone else done it this way.

I have done it this way but it really isn't very precise - different people have different sized pinches so you don't know if you are giving them too much or not enough. Really the best way is to weigh out your feed and measure the correct amount of flubenvet to be sure.

I have 3 hens and one always gets pushed out of the feed and goes back when the other 2 have had a feed,how will I know she is getting her share!!!!!!!!

so long as their pellets are kept topped up there will always be enough for her. You could also try having a couple of feeders out

When wormed do they pass the dead worms!!!!!!! Im not sure if mine actually have them,but last week there was some green runny poop with a long white strand in it,about 2/3 inch long.It looked like a round worm.Not sure which hen it came from,but since then I have had no more.
I have treated them anyway just in case.

Its all new to me,I know about cats and dogs,rabbits and budgies this is all new to me.

Hi have cleaned my hens coob out which I do every or every other day, and I have noticed a slight bit of red poop but not blood/y at all but a hit of red.
