Picked this round courgette up from the plot today but am not sure what is the best thing to do with it. Does anyone have any recipe ideas for this? Could it be cut in half, hollowed out and then stuffed with something?

I have a feeling I am going to end up with a lot more of these before the summer is over.

Just use it like any other courgette but you can cut the top off it & stuff it with rice or mince a bit like a marrow.

The one thing to be careful of is that you don't pierce the skin if hollowing out and stuffing - marrows have tougher outer skins and so survive this process better.

LOL, I found one of those today, it was only little the last time I looked, but is quite big now.

I too am not sure whether to stuff it, or cut it up and use it like the others! 

I didn't sow any of these shaped courgettes this year, and don't think I sowed any last year either, at least not in the polytunnel, but 3 plants have grown inside the tunnel frame, and are much bigger, better plants than the ones I sowed myself!
