Egg for the Fox
« on: July 18, 2019, 19:13 »
Yesterday evening I decided to have an omelette.   Got the eggs out of fridge, and the box was dated May.
But one in a box at the very back was April.   Having read about folk who find whole eggs in their planters etc, I decided to walk across the lane to the common, and carefully place it.   Early this morning I checked and it was gone, no sign of nuffink.  Hope my foxy friend enjoyed.
I ate the May eggs (well 3 of them), and I am still here.     Mrs Bouquet

MB, we've got fresh eggs coming out of our ears (obviously not literary nor even biological) but there's nuffink a fresh warm egg that's gently placed into a basket by our great-nephew Johnathan which is then used to make a lovely meal. Life just can't get better than this!
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
