hi everyone,
 just had to tell you of the fantastic piccalili i have just made. i make some every year for Christmas,but with the glut of veg ive got on me lotty ive been able to make it without buying a thing cept the vinegar.cauli, courgette,runner beens ,onions, garlic, green chilies,cucumber.its a rick stein reciepe with a few twists of my own,i feel dead chuffed and ive nipped out to get a melton mowbray pork pie some crusty baguette so its ploughmans for tea tonight yummy!! :)

I've used Rick's recipe for about the last three years.  But to be warned it does have a serious 'back kick' to it though! Your 'adjustments' to the original recipe may alter this but do be wary.
