Garlic scrape recommendations

Picked some today and they smell amazing.  What's the best way to eat them to make the most of them please  :)

Or simply sauteed in butter or oil of choice, with mash if you have any old taters. mmmmm

Suppose you could put some sausage and veg on the plate too. :D Or something.

Scrapes\scapes\whatever - they were very nice  :)  Chopped them up and sauted in butter then used to dress home grown new potatoes.  Was lurvly  :D

I feel guilty now, I threw the ones I picked off on the compost heap!  I never knew you could eat them! I do hope the rest of the garlic grow them (I only had three) so that I can try them.

Hope you do get a few Wighty  :)  First time I have grown a garlic that has made them, but will definately be picking varieties with that in mind this autumn  ;)

I love these little gourmet treats you can get when you grow your own stuff.  My fave so far was the blanched seakale ealier in the year, but these are a very close second  :D
