Try this one, have used it and it is good but note the remark about not adding the cheese if you are going to freeze.

You can adapt this basic technique to provide a great basis for any soup or stew by just changing one or more of three main ingredients e.g. swap parsnip for carrot, garlic for onion or celeriac for celery and you can also change the stock (or just water) you use. I make lots of this base and freeze it so that when I have a glut of something I can just chop it up, grab a bag of mirepoix based stock and way I go, adding what ever herbs or other flavours I fancy.

Best thing todo is experiment and have fun

I made LOADS of the vegbox 'gette soup last week and it is damn tasty. To keep the cals down I didn't put in the soft cheese and added a dash of soy sauce (I put that in everything I make :) )

It freezes brilliantly.

This is my family's all time favourite soup recipe which I make in huge batches and freeze (with the cheese) with no probs:

2 tbsp olive oil
15g butter
1 med onion
900g courgettes
1 tsp dried oregano
600ml veg stock
60g stilton or other blue cheese
300 ml single cream


Heat oil and butter in large saucepan until foaming.  
Add onion and cook gently, stirring frequently until onions softened.
Add sliced courgettes and oregano and season to taste. Cook over med heat for about 10 mins.
Add stock and bring to boil.  Lower heat and partially cover. Cook for about 30 mins until courgettes are soft.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Wizz in food processor until smooth.
Add the cream and heat gently.
Serve

The good thing about this recipe is that you can use milk instead of cream if you want to (also good if you need to stretch it for an unexpected guest as you're about to tuck in), add more oregano or cheese to 'fine tune' the taste to your liking and really customise it as you like.

Fry an onion, add a chopped potato and saute for a few minutes, add your desired amount of courgettes and saute for another couple of minutes, add 1 pints of stock and a handful of fresh or dried dill, season, cook until tender, liquidise, reserving a few chunks of veg, that's it.

I made this soup for lunch today and it was fantastic, I didn't add cheese as I had some creme fresh in the fridge that had to be used up so that went in.

I'm soaking some beans to try the beans on toast recipe from the vegbox link, anyone tried it?
What if the Hokey Cokey IS what its all about...
