This one looks very easy to make, possibly slightly harder to resist eating all in one go  Its a site I chanced upon and am currently wombling through looking for interesting recipes. There are lots on there :)

Well not made the icecream as yet,but I've made a cheesecake which is chilling in the fridge ready for pud tonight. I've combined a few recipes with the ingrediants I have as silly me forgot to check recipes when I went shopping but first taste test its promising. It includes Bourbon biscuits, butter, double cream, cream cheese, mascopone , chocolate & baileys oh & maltesers. It will be dusted with cocoa powder & decorated with more maltesers. Hmm wonder if it will freeze? Any ideas? Photo to follow.
As for the icecream, bowl is now in the freezer for 24 hours & I will use up the last of the cream, some bought luxury custard & baileys & maybe the last bit of chocolate
