Title: hot cross bun

Yes in the singular im going to make the bun loaf for a change it looks nice got it proving as we speak if it turns out ok then i will do another anyone else tryed it .

I often make a fruit bun loaf, just takes longer to rise than individual buns  :)

Yes it took an age but its filled the house with nice spicy smells.

Thanks , its a recipe from the sainsburys monthly mag , its good if you dont want to spend alot on a mag some times its  £1, £2.50 , £200.
Its got loads of recipes im doing some mini simnel cakes they have lattice marzapan on the top and little flowers .

I can't bake cakes much now.  They are bad for my health!

I know what you mean but its a burden im willing to carry , a little bit of what you fancy and
