As my tulips have been growing, one of them has been persistently holding water within the rosette of its leaves. It's been like this for over 2 weeks now with all the rain that's been around and was even frozen at one point. I'm concerned that the crown will soon rot and finish off the emerging flower bud. Anything to worry about?
