Last years spuds.
« on: May 24, 2022, 11:24 »
I over ordered seed spuds last year and as a result had a huge harvest. I still have about 4 sacks of spuds left. They are all starting to sprout now though. A lot will still last a fair while, but some are close to spoiling.

Can I make a load of mash and freeze it, or roast potatoes etc?

Mash is easy to freeze in portions or par boil pieces and freeze for roasting, both have worked for me in the past.
