Hey, I have a hen that I'm letting set. (First time) Will they eat when their setting? Should I offer her some food and water or not bother?   Thanks!

Eggs take 21 days to hatch so I doubt that she would last 21 days without food or water.
Twice a day lift her off the eggs so that she can stretch, eat drink and pooh. I assume she is in a broody coup so she should have her own run attached for you to make her go into. After 5 - 10 mins she will make her way back to the eggs.
You can feed her chick crumb during this time.
