Hubby is already eating this  he said its really nice. Forget maturing in this house, i may as well serve it from the chutney pan

Hubby said tonight we have run out of pickled red cabbage then said " thank god i was getting sick of it"

Should i confess now i have 50 jars under the bed

I must eat my words (or chutney!) After more than three months being moved aside we eventually tried it and it's lovely!

And to think I threw half a jar away because I needed the jar!
