maybe this isn't that exciting to you pro's but it was very exciting for us.  We had  our first lettuce and radishes last nite  and oooooooooh  it was wonderful.  We got our plot in
arch and have worked hard on it so i'm very proud!!!!     I do have to admit to some help from our local plant doctors  Alex 98  and Dr. denise without there input  we wouldn't have got this far this fast.  must be those weekend breakfasts.

Fantastic feeling isn't it  there is nothing more rewarding than to be able to turn round and say to someone "i grew that", and the taste is far better than the rubbish you get in the supermarkets :)

Good stuff, all the best with your plot...
I used to work in a helium gas factory, but I walked out, no one talks to me like that.

Lovely!
Lettuce and radishes ARE exciting - have you seen the price of them in the shops lately?
But nowhere near as good as your own. And certainly not as fresh!
Even if I just pick them for the guinea pig, I'm proud that she's having it absolutely fresh, and no nasty chemicals on it.
Well done, and all the best with the rest of your crops
