I'm getting weird values for extended character today - has anything changed ? No browser or OS updates here overnight. Quick visual check and it appears to be limited to single invert commas

It?s nothing I can sort out so it?s over to John.  I?ll flag it to him.

It?s changed my apostrophes to question marks

Ok - which one of you took the server down the pub for a few drink yesterday ?

It does appear to be a server problem. 

We have a mechanic with some big spanner?s changing the oil now

We moved to a new server in the wee small hours this morning and I thought it went too smoothly! Some unexpected software features showing up.
