Ok just how the h--l can you dig the garden without chopping a head of one those nosy chucks, i pulled the spade out of the ground went to dig and found loads of little heads looking in the hole

heehee, with great difficulty. Last time we tried we used our minidigger and they loved the big hole that made. I had to shoo them away whilst Jim did the digging (very difficult thing trying to shoo 50+ birds and 2 dogs out of the way of a digger bucket  ).
