Best place to brew?
« on: March 28, 2011, 17:04 »
Is it best to brew in a room or airing cupboard? I am wondering because sometimes my house heat drops to quite cool ie when the back door is open most of the day for the puppy to go and pee! So would I be best to brew in the airing cupboard for a more constant temp?

Many thanks Nicky

Yes Nicky. ::)

An airing cupboard would be best, steady temperature, dark and less likely to be kicked or jostled in there.    Cheers,   Tony.

you could build yourself a wee insulated box and put it in an out of the way place. Add a bulb for heat and hey presto.
