Ideas for low fat puds please.

I have a foreign language student staying who has crohn's disease she is low fat and lactose free. I can get the milk.

Thinking
fruit
jelly
merangue
rhubarb crumble and custard
soya yogurt
pancakes
sorbet.

I make fruit jelly for OH (who is also supposed to be a low fat eater) with sugar-free raspberry jelly and cooked rhubarb.  The hot rhubarb juice is used to make the jelly, then stir the fruit back in  :)

I love my yonana machine!  Apparently Aldi are doing a cheaper version at the moment, because I joined a WW class on FB and started talking about it on there, now loads of them are buying them too! lol

The Aldi one is called a frozen dessert make or something!

we have raspberries in a flan case, just the fruit and flan case (with maybe some cream), but you don't need that as fresh fruit is nice.
