Grains and wild oats
« on: June 17, 2011, 11:25 »
I want to Grow Grains like pearl barley or wild oats in my garden. But I can't find any where to buy them (either as seed or plant) on the internet. Does anyone know where I can get some?

If anyone has any information/experience they would like to share with me about growing barleys and oats what would be lovely and very much appreciated.

Thank you for reading   :)

Folks grow grain amaranth, millet and quinois, spelt etc and I've seen such seed on the seeds of Italy website.  I think they sell some cereal crops too.  Before you sow them you have to think how you're going to mill them  :)
