i see Monty has closed the garden gate for another season then he must be doing something different to me because we still have plenty to do on the allotments before we can close the allotment gate for another season
haven't even took the runner bean poles down yet or spread the manure not even thought about ploughing the ground either so i must be well behind in completing the garden jobs for this season mind you its rained most days just lately and the ground is very wet except for the raised beds that have had bark chippings round the paths
never mind its not to late to do these jobs but one has to look on the bright side its not snowing and the sun has even been known to shine occasionally between the rain it has honest :lol:

I thought it was finishing a bit early as well. Not even a Christmas special, it seems this year.
Oh well, I suppose I'll just carry on as normal without him telling me how he does things - while I'm telling him that way doesn't work for me ::) :lol:

very true Mum if I want to ask a question about gardening I know I can always really on you and the rest of the proper gardeners on this site although I usually watch gardeners world unless I have some thing important to do like washing the car :D
