Hi, I've 4 ex batts and the top hen was standing on one of the other hens and pecking at the back of her head.  I've had them over 2 months so have seen the hen pecking etc but not the standing on eachother before, is it normal behaviour?!  :(

Yes its normal, its just the dominant hen making sure the other hen knows who is boss.  :D
