Hi

I have been given some beetroot plug plants. Is it ok to plant them out now and do I need to protect against frost?

March normally has frost so if your ground is not frozen and is warming up they may germinate ok now.. but I'd wait a few weeks to make sure. I have some in modules for the same reason..

The plug plants have been grown in modules and are getting big now. Just wander if they will need protecting?

The next week or so is going to be warmer with showers. They are pretty tough so I would plant them out.
