I've put some mince, spices, red peppers, tomatoes and onions into the slow cooker, and added some lentils to stretch it a bit.
Added some curry spices to the leftovers for today, cauliflower rice to go with it  ;)

Paul will be finishing off the half roast chicken he cooked last night.  Don't think I will eat anything as the chest infection that followed on from catching Granddaughter's cold   put me in Hospital for five days.  Only got released this afternoon and am very tired.  Feeling better now though but got to build up my strength again.

That's not good. At least you're back home now. R&R for a few days but you really should try and eat something, especially if you've been on hospital "food" for a while.

I had pizza for lunch so I might just nuke a spud later.

Oh dear Wighty, hope you feel better soon, get Paul to make you some chicken soup with that carcass.
I’ve got pasta bake I think, not that I’ve ever made one before! Himself has leftover turkey stew.

Get well soon Wighty and try to eat something.  Soup would be a good start, or maybe a smoothie if you like fruit.

We had leftover curry, but there was not much, so made some spicy curried potatoes to go with it.  We had naan instead of rice.

Great Grandmother Lard used to keep a packet of semolina in the cupboard for such occasions, along with a sprinkle of nutmeg. The thought of not having a pudding offended her.

I stir fried some chicken strips with sliced cabbage, peppers, onions and grated carrots, and spices and finally added a squirt of sweet chilli sauce to finish :)
