I tried to open with Paintshop, say's it's not a valid file format (Jpeg). 

If you save them as a jpeg, then upload them they should work.

Look forward to your pics when you sort it blackcap. I think guinea pigs are great. We had quite a few at one time, with special interest in golden crested. Miss them chattering away in the garage.
