I love your pictures, and I don't know what kind of chickens you have, but they are beautiful!  Our hens are early to bed, early to rise.  They're roosting by 8:30 every night!  So I'm no help in that area!

Great minds think alike - I had a Yoda, as she has green feathers, but then adapted her name to be more feminine - so shes now Yodina.

The big gang are all old hands at going to bed in the new coop now and even the 2 chicks take themselves in, even if I do have to pick them up and park them on the ramp first    They are still spending most of their day up on the shelf, but they can get up and down when they want, so they'll get there in the end

Very easy to build and well constructed.  Quite impressed as it is not an expensive coop.
