My ducks are both rescue ducks.I think one is a male call duck and the other is definetaley a female mallard, they love each other too bits and arent shy about letting the hens know about it.
Could they produce young?   I know the hens can cross breed, but is it the same for ducks.  ???

Yes they can happily produce young.

Even Muscovies and domestic ducks can produce young and the are differnet species of duck although the offspring are sterile I understand.
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
