Title: Broccoli

I'm new to this forum and quite new to growng my own veg, this is just my third year!


I have a problem young broccoli plants, yellow spots and lots of little holes have appeared on the leaves??? the plants do not look very well.

Can some one tell me what is the problem...........

Yellow spots are normally a sign of mineral deficiency (often nitrogen) have you tried feeding them anything? My broccoli got holes in, but that was cos of the slugs.....  :wacko:

Give them a sprinkle of sulphate of ammonia (cheap as chips from wilkos) as a top dressing around the roots (avoid the leaves), and plenty of water if you arent getting these storms!
