Can anyone tell me what pectin they recommend?
We've finished our powdered pectin container and it was awful.

I use Certo liquid pectin, available from Tesco as well as loads of other places.

Ordered, I have 8 off Litres of marmalade not set in my pressure cooker.

I never use any! Is it because you use a pressure cooker do you think that the marmalade hasn’t set?

I've only needed it for one batch of marmalade made using frozen Sevilles. Normally there's plenty of pectin in them.
Some of the jams and sauces I make do require extra help and I generally use Jam Sugar for these.
