Hi,

This year I bought cordon apple, plum and cherry cordons and 2 fan peach.

1 peach in allotment, sandy soil, lots of leaves. the rest at home, clay soil. peach a few leaves, plum and cherry lots of leaves as is the apple. The only one to blossom is the apple which now has little fruits. The rest no sign of blossom - Is it too late for this year?

 I believe you are too late for this year, but it wouldn't do a young tree much good letting it fruit the first year (ditto strawberries).  I think it would be better getting the trees/bushes well established and fingers crossed for next year.

In the case of the peach I can now reduce the number of branches - came with far too many but did not want to risk losing fruit potential by pruning before blossom.
