Dear friends i have just joined your forum we have only had a plot for 1 year so this is our first harvest our cauliflowers
our coming on nicely so where wondering if anyone knows how to pickle just cauliflower

Pickled like pickled onions? or like Piccalilli ?

Never just pickled cauli on their own.  OH has even gone off pickled onions, so I will only be doing piccalilli and beetroot this year.
