Title: Cheese Making
Post by: puravida on July 06, 2009, 16:11
Off the veg growing topic somewhat but curious to know if anyone out there has had a shot at making their own cheese?

Just picked up on the idea when I picked a book in the local charity book-store entitled 'practical cheese-making'.

It's not an old book - well 1988 - but it's really quite technically written. I wondered if it is particularly difficult or if this book just makes it look this way haha

The schoolboy error of not doing a quick search before posting!!
