I have just collected 2 single-pane windows from freecycle, perfect for making 2 cold frames on my lottie. (The lady getting rid has plenty more, Redcar if any other northerners need any)

Got home and the local pigeon man has offered to deliver pigeon poo to my plot once a week, what a sweetie.

Strange how the simple things give me so much pleasure

I altered my well made but not thoroughly thought out 4 part compost bin system into one large facing the track bin as I realised it needed to be changed to accommodate manure, and found a source for the manure.  Couldn't believe how happy that made me either.  Little things eh?!
