I have a pair of bronze turkeys I need rehoming, they are this years birds and ideal for breeding next spring, they are unrelated, have been fed on excellent quality feed, have been regularly wormed and are a good weight, we did rear them for Christmas, but have not the heart to eat them        , so they have to go asap -  - we live in fishguard, pembrokeshire, west wales

Anyone interested please pm get in touch - i also have pekin bantams lavender and frizzle bantams to go as well as guniea fowl.

All birds are for swap or free to a good home.

still available for new home , I know why we did not have the heart to kill them, I have kept my distance from them all autumn, with my hubby and sons feeding them, but when i went to help catch one i did the fatal thing of "giving them a smooth and talked to them", just like our other birds which are all pets,  I should'nt have done that :roll: , just seeing there little eyes looking at me did it.  Will not be breeding them again for the table.  I felt more for hubby and we did contenplate killing one of the geese, but they have all been named, so that was not an option, so i went out and bought a fresh turkey today :oops:  :oops:
