i just watched james martin make what he called strawberry jam , i was unimpressed as the finished artical looked like half strawberrys floating around in syrup but i have to say the scones his mate made lookes great .

these were huge he said dont put egg wash on the sides as it stops them rising , my favourite is brown scones with feta cheese baked in them and it gos all brown on top yum
