Hi, sorry for delay, my sunflowers were a little dissapointing this year- a mere 7.5foot- biggest on my site but not good enough for here ;-) will try harder next year
Making a start on collecting the seeds now to eat- any tips would be welcome

Jamie thank you from me too for running the competition.
I would never have grown any sunflowers if it wasn't for the competition and considering it was my first time to grow them I was well chuffed with my results.
