I've looked through the pictures i have of it but its so covered in flowers that the leaves dont show too well.

Have I instigated a new "quiz" too?  Initially I thought magnolia or camelia, but thats why I'm the one asking questions.

No, never heard of Styrax but just googled it and it does have the same sort of look to it , only different.
