As others have said, pic one looks like a kind of willowherb to me. I have masses of it - don't let it flower!
The roots go down to the ends of the earth, but it will give up eventually if you pull it up regularly and if you don't want to weedkill it.

So, apart from the aubrica (which I planted but its not the colour I planted) the rest are weeds? not sure how i'm gonna get the last one out though, its popped up everywhere and is clinging onto trees and plants, can't dig the whole flower bed up cus i planted loads of irises and bulbs in it last year (although i'm still waiting for this years daffs to appear let alone the summer bulbs, my garden is that far behind due to our hilltop location)

If you don't want it there, and can't dig, and this doesn't go against your gardening philosophy (see how many caveats I can come up with  ;)) you could paint the leaves of the unwanted (so I don't offend MoS!  :))  plants with weedkiller.

Good luck!

Not sure what 1 is but I get a fair bit of it. 2 is a foxglove.

I've never been tempted by weedkiller before  but that stuff in the last photo is making me consider buying some, I'm opening my garden in two weeks and don't want it everywhere...I also have a few huge dandilions that are beating me in our never ending miss-a-bit-of-the-root-everytime-I-it-out battle...
