I got a length of 2x1" timber from B&Q, cut it to make two stakes about 3ft long, then hammered them well into the earth in line with the back two uprights of the mini greenhouse, but just inside it

I like this idea. My local timber merchant is selling round 50mm 1.2m stakes for 50p (+VAT) each so 4 or 6 will possibly keep it in place! Thanks

The temperary metal fencin pins you see on building sites we curly pigs tail at top are good too you can buy for about £2 or aquire from roadside these i think are 1.2 metres

  I've got 3 plastic mini  greenhouses of varying sizes .

   I put  wooden boards down as a base and hammered 30 mm staples over the base poles and into the wooden

   base ,and plastic tent pegs to secure wood to the ground ( outside greenhouse )

  I also used bungee cord to secure to a fence ,and positioned in as sheltered place as possible

If your stakes are 5cm wide, just make sure before you buy that there'll be room to fit your shelves in!
