what can i do with lots of cooking apples ?

Hi folks any recipes for chutney made from cooking apples ? Can I freeze cooking apple bits and use them later ? I cant face another baked apple or apple pie,but fancy some kind of chutney .Thanks in advance-Jim.

Yes you can freeze them just bacicly stew the apple then bag it. I have a whole load of it in our freezer.

Apple crumble / Progride with apple / etc seams I eat it all the time!!!

I used cooking apples today when making traditional braised red cabbage. You can freeze it too if you make loads
