Weld Mesh

Hello all, I was looking at making another chicken coop to keep three more birds and I was wondering what wire gauge would be best (our last run was made using chainlink fencing which someone gave us). I think I've seen something on here before but can't find it or remember where it was. Also could you recommend a decent online supplier. I've had a look on mesh direct and there prices seem good but if there is anything cheaper then thats a bonus.

Its incredible how cheap they are, I compared it to the website I found and the difference is amazing :blink: Thanks HF for the gauging, I was looking around 16 gauge size. Although I was considering the 1"x1" or possibly the 2"x2" which is what we've got at the minute.

i have just brought 2 rolls of weld mesh and a roll of chicken wire from a company called john underwoods.  I found their prices to be the best and i looked for hours and hours.  They delivered within 2 days as well.  They seem to have a big on line spply but if they dont have it on the net ring and they are generally very good at finding you what you want.
