I see now 'they' are broadcasting advice on preparing your vehicle for a winter trip.

I was taught to drive in the military - to the road conditions and we always started of with pre-start checks.  P.O.W.E.R. - Petrol, Oil, Water, Electricity and Rubber.

Makes sense dunnit! 8)

that's good news I've only been driving HGV'S and my car for around 50 years I never thought about winter checks I thought all you needed to do was not clean the windows and  lights make sure you have an empty tank  of fuel and turn your heater of so you can freeze up as you drive

the next thing there going to tell me is  how to  suck eggs its a no brainer  :(
