I find it very difficult to keep the chooks water clean,it is constantly getting dirty. Is there any way or anything that can stop this happening ?Or is it change the water every day ?

You should change it every day garddwr. They like it fresh.

We have a cheap'n'nasty plastic drinker on bricks on concrete and it keeps pretty clean bar a bit of muck in the bottom.

If there's any dirty water around they seem to prefer that though. :?

Totally agree with Rob :D
Takes me a while to do them but all drinkers get  scrubbed out & fresh daily water :D

I do change the water daily but I was wondering is there an easier way.

What happens if the water gets dirty ?

nope, no easy way...clean water everyday.  good husbandry = happy chooks = lots of eggies
