  Hello all. I am a newbie to this forum, so please be a little patient if I may get something wrong first off!
I am very fortunate that I obtained a greenhouse from an old friend who had no further use for it, unfortunately the sliding door does not seem to run properly as if there is something missing off the bottom. I have included a photo. Can anyone help me please?

It might need a little plastic wheel of some sort to guide the bottom of the door, or it may just need some lubrication. No doubt someone with a greenhouse will be along with the definative answer soon.

Hi Marie,

My GH door is hung from the top track, where it runs on plastic wheels. It looks to me as if your door is too low, making it rub on the bottom guide.

Do you have a system like that?  If so, try taking the weight off of the bottom track, and see if it works OK like that.    If so, you probably need to adjust the height of the door.

Can you post a pic of the top track and wheels (if any) ?

I also think it's a problem with the wheel on the bottom runner. It looks like there may be one in the picture if you look closely.

Is it perhaps badly worn & mangled?

With Tode on this , the door needs lifting or the corners of the greenhouse either side need packing up so that the bottom track drops a bit. If not and you take the door off check that any roller which may be in the bottom is not seized,damaged or missing.

Thanks for all the replies. I am sending a pic of the top of the door, but Im now led to believe that there are sliders that fit into the bottom channel that the door sits on, but I need to know the makers of this greenhouse and I can`t find any identification plate anywhere. Can anyone tell me what make it is please. Thanks again for all your replies

Looks like the bolts holding the top track need lifting and tightening or more likely replacing with new. Photo seems to show a definite sag away from the g/house frame.

do you have an upright support at the far end of your top runner bar it holds the weight of the door when it opens if its missing or not corectley adjusted the door won't run proper hope this is of some help . p,j

Looks like the door has dropped a bit and is rubbing on the bottom.
