Title: Potting on Toms
Post by: Shieldsy on May 16, 2012, 07:34
Hi all,

My Toms are still all indoors in 6 inch pots but now getting quite leggy so question is when I do eventually pot them on in a week or so's time, weather permitting!!, can I just plant them deep and cover some of the lower leaves or should I remove the lower leaves first and then pot on?

Is there a rule of thumb for how deep/many leaves you can plant them when you do pot on?

Cheers,

Shieldsy

My rule of thumb is as deep as possible!

I'd just trim the leaves if they're actually getting in the way.
